The role and responsibilities
We are currently looking for a new colleague to coordinate and drive marketing initiatives in Sweden. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for inbound & outbound marketing growth. The work is about ensuring high-quality deliverance while building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Success is not achieved on your own. The marketing team consists of 3 experienced colleagues with expertise within SEO, paid media campaigns, and design. You will play an important role within the global marketing team at Ework as responsible for the marketing activities in Sweden.
Your main responsibilities & duties as Marketing Specialist
Coordinate development and execution of the digital marketing strategy and plan for the Swedish market.
Deliver all digital campaigns across all digital channels in consistency with global strategy
Assist in SEO strategy and plan with the global marketing team
Develop and execute social media strategy - plan, schedule, monitor and analyze
Grow and manage social media channels - post calendar, timely responses, engagement, conversation
Work with media buying partners on brand awareness & brand image activities plan.
Digital advertising budget coordination
Develop and maintain digital activities to increase brands awareness.
Assist with conducting and analyzing research (primary and secondary) to provide insight into strategy and activity planning.
Monitor and report on all competitor activity in the market
Work experience and personal characteristics
We are looking for someone who has worked with or has a great interest in the field of marketing. Furthermore, you are business-minded, actionable, and thrive in an outward role. You must be a person who thrives in a sales and results-oriented organization with a high pace. The role places a high demand on your ability to communicate, network, and build long-term relationships. 2+ years experience within the field of digital marketing
Experience in participating and executing digital marketing strategy
Experience in digital marketing execution - SEM, Google AdWords, SEO, Social media (organic and paid), website, mobile, app
Experience with Google Analytics with the ability to summarize key data
Experience in growing digital conversion
The ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives
You are fluent in Swedish and English
