Essity IT Services is looking for two Digital IT Managers (m/f).
These two positions are within the area of eCommerce, CMS platform & Digital SaaS Tools.
Ideally you have knowledge and experience within SDL Tridion solutions or similar enterprise level CMS platforms (i.e. Sitecore, Adobe, etc.) with integration to back-end systems and external services.
In this position, you will be collaborating with Digital Managers and IT Professionals in a global, inspiring environment!
The solutions and products that you are responsible for are supporting our global brands TENA and Tork as well as regional brands, such as Lotus, Libresse, Tempo and Libero.
The position can be located in Gothenburg (Sweden) or Munich (Germany).
Main Tasks
• Lead the continuous future development and the operations & support of the CMS platform. Proactively identify strengths and weakness and suggest areas of improvement
• Manage multilingual websites using blueprinting methodology
• Manage the platform including the related solutions and our external service partner on a daily level by prioritizing work, act as an escalation point, participate in governance forums, demand planning etc.
• In relation with Solution Architects, propose new capabilities which will enhance our Digital platform
• Lead, direct, evaluate and continuously develop the team by performing the employee management process for staff (e.g. staffing decisions, coaching, development, evaluation) with an emphasis to coach and mentor employees
• Interaction with business and IT stakeholders on all levels around portfolio, project planning and operational topics
• Participate in breakdown of business demand into high-level requirements, develop business cases and support the prioritization process
• Review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution
• Work with the project managers, architects, and developers to define metrics and performance goals for the solution
• Assist in enforcement and communication of implementing policies
• Be a main IT contact for customers and our external service partners regarding future direction of existing CMS & web solutions
Key Competencies
• Degree in Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in market facing web development or e-commerce area
• Strong leadership and people management experience in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in a software development area
• Agile software development and working with continuous delivery technologies
• Expert knowledge Microsoft ASP.NET (C#)
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Experience in integration of back-end systems, digital SaaS tools and external services (PIM Hybris, Celum, SAP)
• Experience in working in a multi-vendor & stakeholder environment
• Fluent English knowledge required
You should also preferably have experience from:
• Project management / coordination
• Familiar with the latest developments and trends in the Web area
