Care by Volvo-Digital Implementation Managers
Care by Volvo (CbV) is a new business program within Volvo Car Group introducing a new subscription offer in the market combining cars, financing, insurance, traditional services e.g. maintenance but also new convenience services such as pick-up and delivery and other connectivity services.
This new business model requires a comprehensive cross-functional approach in defining the new CbV product and operating model as well as redesigned digital landscape. The overall program therefore includes a mix of business work streams from marketing, retail, customer service, finance, digital etc. Care by Volvo-Digital work stream is aiming to establish a future oriented applications/product suite in a lead market based on a global digital architecture (customer facing, business application, back-end) to support Care by Volvo business model.
Your Mission
The purpose of the CbV Digital Implementation Manager is to drive all interrelated tasks needed for a successful market implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions needed to run Care by Volvo in our markets. The CbV Digital Implementation Manager is a role within Volvo Car Group, Consumer & Enterprise Digital (CED), and will make sure we implement the right things, the right way, at the right time from a market perspective to be able for our customers to experience Care by Volvo.
What you'll do
In this new role for Care by Volvo you will create and maintain the overall implementation plan in a Market together with CbV Strategy and Commercial functions. As such, this position is the main point of contact towards market, from a digital perspective, during the implementation phase. Managers will also:
* Ensure requirements are understood and accepted by Market, prioritized and delivered in a timely manner
* Lead other functions needed in tasks related to training, E2E test and Go-live planning with the objective to secure a successful launch
* Work in close collaboration with the digital product teams to synchronise plans and provide input on platform capabilities
* Secure a continuous learning in order to improve and facilitate future market launches and acceleration
* Risk Management on market implementation level
* Report status on implementation to program level and Digital Implementation lead
* Agree and set Market launch criteria including post launch support together with Acceleration Team
* Ensure successful hand-over to production operations working closely with Digital Market Support
* Ensure Product way of working is established in the Market, to enable future changes and improvements to be continuously absorbed
* To build engagement and trust towards the market
Do you fit the profile?
To be successful we feel that the ideal managers will have a bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar with recent leadership and project management success. This role is the 'face' of the team so we need engaging, driven, communicative people in this role who also have the knowledge and experience to get down in the details when needed. Those with backgrounds in similar roles and market implementation we believe can start with a bang.
