Are you ready to take on the challenge to drive the digital HR agenda to meet the future business demands and client needs?
As Digital HR Lead you will uphold the overall accountability for our digital HR solutions supporting the people processes.
You will drive user adoption, knowledge sustainability and enhancements in a global environment granting that Tetra Pak always is leveraging on the SuccessFactors platform in full.
Main responsibilities
• Ensure that the people processes are supported by an optimised solution following best practises and keeping SuccessFactors product intention.
• Hold the ownership of role base permission design and communication towards stakeholders
• Hold the ownership of the mobile solution design and communication towards stakeholders
• Collaborate with Global Information Management and process teams in driving the implementation of projects, continuous improvements and releases for HR system solutions
• Coordinate the training/ communication/ education needs for as well as managers and employees in close collaboration with Global process drivers, Process coaches and Communications.
• Drive benchmarking in the digital HR field. Hold expertise on digital HR trends. Evaluate and share insights and recommendations on digital HR roadmap and enhancements for digitalisation of the people process
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you are knowledgeable of and have a passion for digitalisation trends.
You have experience from HR service delivery. You have proven track record from system design projects combined with a strong business and client understanding. You are used to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organisation and have great stakeholder management skills. We also believe you have excellent networking and collaboration skills.
You have university bachelor or equivalent within HR and/or IT or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication in English are required.
