Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

Build, manage, and contribute to a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, trend reports, webinars, etc.).

Carry out 'hands on' elements such as drawing insights, optimized functionality and content, based on analytics data. Writing web copy, and marketing email messages, together, with a team of product owners, PR & Communication managers, and Social & Community managers to ensure editorial content is produced as required.

Optimize Hyper Island's marketing automation, and lead and customer nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

Own Hyper Island's online advertising budget and deliver monthly reports on impact and ROI.

Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.

Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management across local and global parts of the company.

Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand and continually refine how our communications activities turn into customers.

Capture and internally disseminate insights on current students, alumni, collaborators, and partners' behaviors, needs, and desires.

Hyper Island is looking for a data and results driven marketer to drive Hyper Island's marketing funnel. You will be in charge of attracting traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the Hyper Island sales team, and together with the sales leadership, nurture those leads to close into customers.

You will take ownership of Hyper Island's marketing automation, blog, e-commerce and CRM platforms, and use your strong understanding of human needs and behaviors, content marketing, A/B testing, SEO, analytics, paid advertising, etc. to create sustainable growth.

You have:
Higher education in marketing/communications/IT/business or equivalent experience.
Experience with international coordination of large scale digital projects or products, websites, platforms, e-commerce or equivalent.
Experience with buying consultancy services and online advertising.
Confidence and resolve to push through strategies in a complex organisation.
Native/near native in English written & verbal.

Start first quarter 2017. Fulltime-time position, six months probation. Employed or consultant. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, for the first year, after that placement in any of the hubs can be discussed.
