hela Sverige KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drive Tradeplace PIMS* activities, as one the strategic channels through which Electrolux aims to automate product information & digital asset distribution towards our customers:
• Grow PIMS usage among Electrolux retailers - define the target group and promote the solution together with the local teams
• Develop the standard in line with our customers' needs: enrich the standard with new data and features for export (put forward requirements to the Tradeplace development team**, in line with the input from customers/local teams)
• Provide customized solutions to trade partners via TradePIxl*** - identify suitable candidates, present the solution, monitor and validate the implementation process
• Tradeplace PIMS (Product Information Management Services) provides a standardized platform for distributing product data, dedicated to trade partners in the home appliances industry. Suppliers who participate in developing PIMS include Electrolux, BSH, Whirlpool, Philipps (TP Vision).
• *Prodanet, an IT company, manages the developments for the PIMS solution, reflecting requirements presented by Electrolux and other Tradeplace manufacturers
• **TradePIxl offers the possibility to export product information content according to the retailer's own specifications, data structure and in his/her own template
2. Drive automation of product information & digital asset distribution within Electrolux:
• Using EDEN, the Electrolux internal product info management system, and its existing and upcoming features for automated data exports (in XML format), deliver content to our trade partners, primarily etailers
• Select suitable candidates for the solution, and coordinate with the local teams the distribution of content
• Prioritize requests from the local markets and put forward solution development needs
• Eden XML:
• Current flow: design technical solution based on Customer requirements
• Future: Self Service Tool: support Cluster (TMO) teams in usage / brief Digital Marketing regarding technical updates and requirements
• Flixmedia Syndication/(Flix 360): only backend/technical solutions (e.g. Eden XML, Content mapping and tagging support, ....) - also support TMO E Commerce with the frontend solutions
• Kitchen Planning software: optimise distribution of content to Kitchen software companies + manage contacts with these companies
• Local Content brokers: map current services per Cluster/Customer and develop improvements/savings per Cluster/Customer
• Future: new DAM (Marketing): support deployment in Clusters
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
• Univ. Degree / First Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Trade Marketing or IT
• confident with data management and IT requirements management
• Ideal candidate is familiar with the most common formats for distributing digital content (rich media, marketing copy, technical specs) - e.g. content syndication, XML, Excel, CSV imports etc
• Multitasker / well organized / Result driven
• Excellent written+spoken communication and teamship skills
• Assertive when possible, diplomatic when needed
• Structure in written and oral communication
• Potential to move to other TMO, Sales, IT roles in the future
REQUIRED LANGUAGES:
• English : native or fluent.
