E.ONs digital transformation has taken place over several years and on multiple levels, with participation from executives throughout the company. You will be working in a prioritized area with focus on creating value for our customers and business. You will be part of a team of driven & highly motivated digital professionals with responsibility to drive development forward on a strategic as well as an operational level.
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to join our growing Digital Business team in Malmö.
For this position we're looking for a business oriented colleague, a team player with an analytical mindset and a keen problem solver.
In this role you will be holding a key role working in agile teams and in close collaboration with business to provide insights on the customer activities on E.ON Digital touchpoints. You will join our growing team of digital professionals and drive development of relevant tools & identification of KPI 's and also work in close collaboration with external & internal analytics resources & teams.
As a Digital Analytics Specialist with us you will
Drive development of the analytics area and the strategic approach & methodology of the day to day work
Support agile Growth teams through translation of KPI & metrics, dashboards & visualization, manage data collection tools as well as support with data interpretation and follow-up
Support in hypothesis generation for Growth hacking to create business value
The role is located in Malmö.
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills in order to specify your techniques and discoveries to technical and non-technical audiences in a language they can understand. As a person you are analytic and like problem solving and can approach high-level challenges with a clear eye on what is important, like employing the right approach/methods to make the maximum use of time and human resources.
You have excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills and ability to fluently speak and write in English and in a Scandinavian language meanwhile agency or consulting is meriting.
The right candidate has
3+ years of analytics work-related experience
Math (e.g. linear algebra, calculus and probability)
Statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing and summary statistics)
Software engineering skills (e.g. algorithms and data structures)
Data mining & cleaning
Data visualization and reporting techniques
Hands-on experience from tools similar to Google Analytics 360, Big Query, Qlick View/Sense, Klipfolio, Google Datastudio, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Search Console, double click
