We are now looking for a digital analyst with a passion and drive for transforming web data into valuable insights helping us accelerate within digital analytics.
You will be part of a squad that drives digital sales towards private customers in Sweden, one of the biggest business areas within If. The team consists of a mix of competences, content managers, developers, e-commerce managers, and business developers. Data analysis is an integral part of how we enable growth and develop the user experience, and we strive to work closely as a team where knowledge and thoughts are shared openly to create highest possible value. You will be empowered from day one, through the support of your colleagues, in helping stakeholders with important decisions. To enable your work, you will have access to flexible and robust data platforms, like Google Cloud for data transformations and Tableau for analysis and visualization. To help you in your quest for insight you will be cheered for, and supported by, 50+ data professionals in a Nordic Data and Analytics unit.

Who are you?
We think that you have a strong interest for digital business and customer experience, but what gets you up in the morning is your interest in data and analytics. You appreciate working in an environment where helping people is as natural as asking for help. You want to work cross functionally to improve customer journeys and to help us understand new and existing customers even better. You have previously worked with analytics for a few years and are eager to learn new things and generously share your knowledge. We believe you are great at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include
Creating actionable insights from large volumes of data.
Building visualizations and doing analysis to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
Connecting data and insights to strategies to improve the customer journey.
Specifying technical requirements for web data tracking
Identifying new opportunities within data and analytics.
Supporting users in their understanding of data & analytics, including evaluation of business results and communication with business stakeholders.
Your Background
Excellent in data transformation and programming (e.g. SQL, Python).
Data visualization experience from BI tools such as Tableau or Data Studio.
Experience with Web Analytics tools, like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Experience with tag manager systems (e.g. GTM) and data layers.
Understanding of web technology (e.g. HTML and JavaScript).
Relevant university degree
Fluent in English, good understanding of Swedish
Practicalities
