Let's make a difference in finance for the many people

As Digital Analyst you will set and deliver to a plan - effectively, and proactively, communicating the status, value, and importance of Digital data to multidimensional development teams. You have a structured mind, and a strong capacity to deliver and present outcome to multiple stakeholders.

You will define and write implementation requirements for web and app platforms, including supporting teams throughout testing processes, using e.g. Google Tag Manager. The role also includes securing that all data collection processes follow internal and external compliance and tracking guidelines - enabling us to create standard dashboards, using Google Data Studio, supporting the bank in its transformation to a more customer-centric organization.

As a starting point, the tasks will be hands-on and technical, focusing on delivering, and quality test, implementation requirements for cross-market stakeholders. We do however see this role developing into a richer analytics role, where you will be working as much with technical projects as with behavior data research and analysis. Therefore, you will be a part of the User Experience team, that in total are responsible for developing and delivering customer centric insights and solutions across the Bank. We understand the demands of today's customers, but also predict and invent the needs of tomorrow - both from a technical and a user perspective.

Main Responsibilities includes:

Defining and writing implementation requirements for web and app platforms

• Supporting development teams throughout implementation and testing processes
• Creating dashboards which enables us to secure business and data knowledge across markets
• Keeping yourself updated on latest product development, for tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio

Are you the one for Ikano?

Professional skills:

• Deep understanding of browser logic: DOM, JS, client-server communication, cookies and other browser storage solutions
• Solid knowledge of Google Tag Manager and data layer, including how to write code for data layer pushes
• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and its data collection model
• Strong business acumen, result driven, self-motivating and hands-on approach
• Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to details
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital analytics

Good technical knowledge of Google tag manager, data layer and Google analytics

Great communication skills (written and verbal), including working with multi-dimensional teams

Key competencies

Making it happen - ability to take necessary decisions and implement changes

Open-minded, should be able to adapt to working in a multi-cultural team atmosphere with the ability to work in a team and live the Ikano values
