Do you want to be part of a leading company working on the future of vehicle steering systems? We are now looking for a Diagnostic Tester to ensure our steering systems comply with relevant OBD regulations and diagnostic fault monitoring strategies.
As a Diagnostic Tester, you will test the diagnostic capabilities of our steering systems and help create and maintain design verification methods to meet fault monitoring requirements. You will work closely with our diagnostics team and suppliers to enhance the robustness of our diagnostic systems.
Your Responsibilities:
• Follow test and verification plans.
• Understand function and system requirements.
• Write test cases and DVMs according to specifications.
• Develop automated test cases.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to test cases in the requirements system.
• Generate test reports and create fault reports.
• Perform log analysis.
• Prepare component rigs, domain rigs, or vehicles for testing.
• Verify PSCM diagnostic implementation.
• Compile documentation required for regulatory compliance with OBD II requirements.
• Stay up to date with ZEV OBD regulations as defined by CARB and develop compliance strategies.
• Support reviewing supplier fault-handling specifications for existing projects.
• Support OBD homologation for PSCM.
• Support SUMS work.
Din Profil
• Skilled tester with experience in testing and diagnostics.
• Good knowledge of diagnostic fault handling.
• Knowledge of mechatronic rim nodes and possible fault modes.
• Experience with UDS protocol, CAN protocol, and automation scripts.
• Experience writing DVMs and test cases.
• Experience troubleshooting in vehicles.

• Knowledge of steering systems.
• Knowledge of VCC Diagnostic BT requirements.

Competencies and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent documented education/experience.
• EU driving license.
