Position: Senior Analyst - Customer Intelligence & Business Performance
Location: Sweden, Bonn or UK
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
We are offering one exceptional candidate the chance to join a global team as a Senior Analyst in our Supply Chain Division. The role can be based either in Stockholm, Bonn or in one of our UK sites.
As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to DHL Supply Chain's growth agenda by proving best in class reporting and advance analysis to our senior management. You will make use of appropriate financial and business tools to extract, review and analyze key business data, and you will work with cross functional teams to ensure reporting systems are developed consistently to provide timely and accurate data.
What are you accountable for achieving?
• Preparation and review of periodic global and sector growth reports, regional templates
• Support development and reporting of global growth report and Sector Leadership reports
• Assist manager in shaping and driving the overall business performance strategy of Supply Chain
• Analysis support to Global Sectors
• Analysis support to Global Sales Strategy & Development
• Support QBR and IR communications
• Maintain DSC Master Customer Database based on customer and industry research
• Ad hoc business analysis
• Recognized expert of reporting systems e.g. Varese, connexions, Business Objects
• Liaise with Varese and connexions team as well as with Global Ops Metrics team
What will you need as a successful Senior Analyst?
• Relevant previous experience with reporting and analysis
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and multitasking
• IT literate (Essbase, Oracle, MS Office, Business Objects, Connexions, Varese)
