We are looking for our first DevOps Lead to join our team in Stockholm!
Your future role
You will play a vital part in our Product & Tech team. As DevOps Lead you will be in the driver seat for our cloud-native solutions. As a DevOps Lead your mission will be to build the OPs team in Europe and be responsible for enabling and helping the technical team to build and deliver cloud-native products. You will be responsible for implementing and advocating modern DevOps and OPs practices. You will work closely with the tech and engineering team and have the opportunity to help develop best-in-class cloud-native solutions and have an influence on large parts of the technical infrastructure and architecture for those solutions. In addition, you will work with supporting our users with their deployment.
Some of your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
• Being the driving force and lead the thinking of cloud-native solutions
• Help build, test, and maintain our cloud-native products
• Develop Kubernetes operators and Terraform modules
• Create technical documentation
• Develop CI pipelines
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe you are passionate, courageous, and curious with a business-oriented mindset. You are always up-to-date and love discovering new and modern technologies and ways of working for constant development. You have excellent communication skills since you will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you enjoy achieving results together with the team and have a positive attitude toward problem solving.
• Minimum 2 years proven work experience in DevOps or similar role
• Proficient in Bash and Python scripting languages
• Experience in CI/CD tools, preferably Terraform & Ansible
• Solid understanding of Linux system and container technologies
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
