• With more than 8 years experience in DevOps focusing on CI & CD on platforms such as Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Hands on experience in Kubernetes and Docker in AWS and Azure.
• Proficient knowledge of the tools and resources used by customers and their Lines of Business (e.g., financial metrics and statements, industry and analyst reports, executive dashboards, etc.)
• Fluent knowledge of cloud services technologies
• Expert knowledge in Azure Storage, Networking, Security, Identity, Management
• Expert knowledge in at least one of the following: Software design or development, Systems Operations / Management, Database architecture, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security
• Fluent knowledge in key client virtualization solutions, including Hyper-V and RDS
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft's App Development Suite / languages
• Conversant knowledge of AWS, VMware, Google Business Services compete
• Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
• Create and maintain repositories and necessary documents in a timely and high-quality fashion.
• Use technical expertise and knowledge of architecture to benchmark with third party organizations to identify and incorporate best practices into the overall Cloud Architecture.
• Utilize architecture knowledge which may play a role in negotiations with strategy vendors and participate in strategic vendor relationship management process. Also ensure strategic vendor engagement to incorporate vendor's roadmaps to Photon's target architecture and roadmaps.
• Proactively appraise and modify current architecture to identify deficiencies, research alternatives, and determine improvements
• Participate in Solution Architecture Reviews as the primary mechanism of architecture quality and compliance assurance.
• Provide Governance Support - Overall Cloud Architecture input to all relevant program / solution decisions.
• Certification on Azure Cloud Architecture is essential
