Tasks and responsibilities
• Design, plan and perform experiments with main focus on the co-evaporation process of the Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) absorber layer in thin film solar cells
and modules.
• Analyze and report results within R&D projects.
• Take part in specification and commissioning of new equipment.

Experience and education
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience from working with thin film deposition processes and vacuum systems.
• Practical experience from working with Design of Experiments (DoE) approaches and statistical evaluation of data.
• Knowledge of solar cells in general and preferably thin film solar cells in particular.
Personal qualifications
• Well-structured and result oriented.
• Ability and willingness to work hands-on in the lab.
• Enjoys working in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and preferably also Swedish.

Solibro develops, manufactures and sells solar panels and turnkey fabs for manufacturing of solar panels. The company 's R&D is performed by Solibro Research AB in Uppsala, which has 40 employees. Fab engineering and production is located to Germany. Solibro is part of the Hanergy group.

Varaktighet, arbetstid
We apply a 6 month trial. Vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning.
