This opens up for new innovative and exciting services and possibilities to use the mobile device to consume premium content. To enable such services the device need mechanisms for protecting content from being used in unauthorized ways.
We want talented, innovative and enthusiastic engineers with some years of experience to produce state-of-the-art platform software for our devices. You will plan, design, implement (C/C++/Java) and verify software. You will work in teams based both in Sweden and across international boundaries.
Description of duties:
In this role as Development Engineer you will work in a highly experienced team of Premium Content Protection experts with planning, designing, implementing and verifying the software components that will be used in future mobile devices. You will also be responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing software.
We are continually innovating and improving software within our devices which ensures you work on varied, state-of-the-art assignments within software development.
Qualifications:
• Master of Science or equivalent university degree
• Experience in software development with Java and C/C++ programming languages is mandatory
• Experience in embedded programming is highly valuable
• Active participation in Open Source communities is a merit
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must
