• Perform R&D experiments related to our thin film solar cell modules
• Participate in process transfer to our production sites in China
• Participate in process development in our production sites in China
Currently several production sites with Solibro's thin film solar cell technology is under construction in China. In this position you will act as a link between the R&D center in Uppsala and our Solibro colleges in China. Your main location will be Uppsala, but during periods (1-2 month) you will be located in China for supporting process development.
Experience and education
• M.Sc. or PhD in Physics, electronics or chemistry
• Experience in thin film deposition
• Industrial experience, preferable from Chinese industry
• Experience from solar cells and in particular CIGS thin film solar cells.
Personal qualifications
• Fluent in oral and written Chinese, English and preferably also Swedish.
• Ready to stay for longer periods (1-2 month) abroad (especially China).
• Well-structured and organized.
• Ability and willingness to work hands-on in the lab.
• Result oriented.
• Enjoys working in a team.
Solibro develops, manufacture and sell solar panels and turnkey fabs for manufacturing of solar panels. The company 's R&D is performed by Solibro Research AB in Uppsala, which has 40 employees. Fab engineering and production is located to Germany. Solibro is part of the Hanergy group.
