Do you want to work with Continuous Delivery and do software development automation, and set up a state of the art deployment pipeline?

You will join the CAD Cross team within department Product Development IT. The department is responsible for delivering IT to Scania's product development process at R&D.
The team you will join is working with the entire lifecycle of the application: development, implementations, maintenance and support. Our applications are both Web and Desktop-based built in 3DExperience and Catia.
Job description
In this role you need to have a good understanding of the IT system development lifecycle and be used to work in an agile way with deep knowledge in the test discipline with focus on test automatization and Continuous Delivery. We want you to be passionate about automation and follow the latest trends within this area.
Your main tasks will be:
Develop and maintain a deployment pipeline using tools like Jenkins, Event based systems that is built on micro services and supports a continuous delivery process
To drive test automation and support/mentor our development teams when it comes to automation
Write and manage test cases, environments and test data
Work with improvements and PoCs (Proof of Concepts studies) to try out new ideas, in order to keep the deployment pipeline state of the art
Competence profile proactive approach
We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT. Furthermore you will need to have a background as a developer with several years' experience working with test-automation and you must be positive to participate in improving testing, test methods and tools. You also have a keen interest in new technologies. Experience in agile working methods are beneficial. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English. Knowledge of using Test frameworks e.g. Selenium, NUnit, White API. Tools for Continuous Integration e.g. Jenkins, GIT, RabbitMQ and ISTQB certification will be consider as merit.
As a person you have a proactive approach and you enjoy taking on new challenges and working with a focus on quality and targets. You are also structured and flexible. You like working in a team, but it is also important that you can take the initiative and work independently. You appreciate cultural differences and have the ability to navigate in an international environment. You find it easy to communicate with close colleagues as well as with the organization at large. You are highly skilled in your area of expertise, have great ambition and the courage to take on large and complex tasks.
