Then Display team is the place for you. We have a really exciting future ahead of us where the Displays develops in fast pace and with a changing design. Display teams belongs to Interior Room ART where we develop the Displays, Switches, IP, Tunnel and door panels.
We are now looking for a Developer with Project leader experience. You will work in an agile team with competence within lead engineering, test, software and hardware, with a clear ambition to work cross functional.

What you will do
You will work as a Lead Engineer for our development teams. The work is done in close collaboration with our suppliers.
As Lead Engineer, your responsibility is to lead and align the cross-functional engineering effort to meet time, technical and cost targets for our displays. With many interfaces, external as well as internal, this is a demanding but rewarding position.
As team member will play a crucial role in building the new team-oriented culture therefore we see very positive towards your ability to contribute in other competence areas within the team for example testing, SW and HW. All based on background and interests of yours.
You will have a close collaboration with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team manager and many other people with interface to the team.

Driving License: B (valid)
And have
A degree of M.Sc or B.Sc in electrical or computer science, or equivalent technical training
Documented project leader skills
More than 5 years of experience from working within Automotive
Experience from HW development is meritorious
Experience from SW development is meritorious
