Interconnect at Kista, Sweden We are now looking for an experienced Developer to maintain products, Interconnect solutions connector and cables- We have responsibility to support and design for the whole link we are participating in design activities all over Ericsson, Radio, power, digital, core (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. We work in early stages of the PLCM with roadmap and technic foresight and later on in product lifecycke with customer trouble report 's and cost focus on mature products. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. Co-operation with global production sites and other design centers in Sweden, China and Canada is part of the daily work.
We keep track of new technology, methodology and design techniques, ensuring that our design activities are kept at a world class level.
Responsibilities:
• You will drive strategic technical leadership
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.

• Develop and test high quality products
• Perform trouble shooting and customer support
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes

Key Qualifications:
You take initiative and are willing to adopt new methods and techniques. You work well independently, but you are also a team player with good communication skills. You have worked some years within the field and have
• Education: Master in Physics, electrical engineering.
• Min years of experience: Minimum of 2 years.
• Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
• Business understanding
• Working with people and networking
• Innovating, adapting and responding to change
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• Planning and Organizing
You have an analytical approach, a strong drive for results and customer focus. You have good communication and co-operation skills and the ability to take the initiative and adapt to new methods and techniques. Most of all you have an inquisitive mind, and a thirst for knowledge.
