hela Sverige Working in a professional yet friendly environment, you'll be responsible for assisting assignees and their families throughout their corporate assignments.
The role:
• Pre visits and orientation tours
• Home findings
• Settling in services (bank, population, registration, social benefits, healthcare)
• Move-in inspections
• School search
• Move-out inspections
• Lease negotiations
• Departure services
• Lease translations
• Liaising with client HR and mobility teams and agents
You will also be responsible for updating our internal systems and documents.
Alfa is expanding and we are now recruiting for a temporary position as Destination Consultant.
We are looking for you who are/or have been working within HR/Relocation/Mobility or Customer service.
You are committed, service and business oriented, structured and systematic. You are a team player, a good listener and empathetic. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential. Having lived and worked abroad is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects in addition to day to day tasks. Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional tasks as required.
