hela Sverige Working in a professional yet friendly environment, you'll be responsible for assisting assignees and their families throughout their corporate assignments.
The role:
• Pre visits and orientation tours
• Home findings
• Settling in services (bank, population, registration, social benefits, healthcare)
• Move-in inspections
• School search
• Move-out inspections
• Lease negotiations
• Departure services
• Lease translations
• Liasing with client, HR, mobility teams and agents
You will also be responsible for updating our internal systems and documents.
Alfa is expanding its relocation team in Stockholm and is recruiting for the position of an experienced Destination Consultant.
You will have previous experience of working within the Relocation/Mobility industry with strong focus on customer service.
As a candidate you will require the following:
• Previous experience within a relocation or mobility role
• Cultural/international awareness
• Knowledge of property letting and lease tenancy agreements
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken
• Driving license
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Outgoing and approachable
You are comitted, service and business focused, structured and systematic. You are a good listener, empathetic and can engage in a constructive cooperation with many different entities and persons respectively within Alfa and towards our clients and assignees. Having lived and worked abroad is an advantage but not a necessity.
Ability to work independently, prioritise and manage multiple projects in addition to day to day tasks. Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional tasks as required.
