Purpose of the role:

To deliver exceptional 2nd Line support services to the end users and technical support through the resolution of technical queries on various platforms, operating systems, hardware and software.

Professional skills:
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (mandatory)
• Microsoft Operating System / Office Certification(s) will be an asset
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Scripting, coding skill will be considered an advantage
• Able to solve simple hardware issues
• iOS, Android advanced user
• Basic Networking skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory, permissions.
• Knowledge of SAP GUI

Work experience:
• At least 2-3 years' experience in PC support, Server support. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may also serve to meet these minimum requirements.
