All about the role
Design at Electrolux Group is a global community of 200 multi-disciplinary professionals operating over 7 locations worldwide. The aim is to design meaningful and sustainable consumer experiences (products, services, and interactions).
We are looking for a Design Coordinator to join our Design Effectiveness team, for the product line Wellbeing and Small Domestic Appliances!
As a Design Coordinator, you will support the designers within BA EU focusing on Usability planning needs. The main responsibilities are to ensure we have an integrated approach to resource planning and continuous improvement. Glocal Coordination should be able to report on integral investments within each Product Line and support integral scoping of projects, mainly for Usability.
Portfolio Planning Usability:
• Keep up to date with the needs and support the translation into a portfolio planning considering resource and budget needs.
• Quarterly review of the portfolio and operational adjustments.
• Ensure shifting business priorities translate into realistic budget targets and with that enabling conditions and tangible actions.
Continues Improvement:
• Guide and support give effective back-end support to the Design Effectiveness team
• Set up and maintain a business-aligned RASIC matrix for any given part of the development process.
• Set up and maintain the onboarding and offboarding process supporting managers and newcomers towards an overall positive experience.
Resource Management:
• Set up a forum for the successful implementation of RM for Usability in Stockholm.
• Facilitate the discussion on effective resource planning. Leverage the data input by looking both into forecasted resource needs and actual time writing data to become more data-driven and predictable in our resource planning and resource utilization
