What's in it for you
We're expanding our design department! The last couple of years we have created Funnel's design culture. Now we want to build on that foundation, tweak and improve the product experience for our customers and fellow funnelers. The next step will be to hire more design leaders to add that holistic perspective, give guidance to their team and work side by side with them to keep leveling up.
What you'll work with
As a design manager you will work with your team of designers. You will mentor, coach and facilitate their work. You will also work with a group of other design managers, to work with strategic initiatives to cultivate the design culture at funnel and to build a world class experience.
What your day might look like:
• Coach and mentor designers in your team
• Facilitate workshops and the day to day design work
• 1:1 meetings together with the members in your team
• Meetings with product- and tech managers in the product dev. organization

You will work with a bunch of strong minded, committed funnelers with other perspectives than yours. Sometimes that will mean advocating for design by being straightforward but with a humble approach.
What we're looking for
Have you worked as a Product Designer for several years? Check! Do you have at least two years of experience working as a manager? Check! Good! Then you're halfway in already! Are you eager to create growth, build and help organizations work more efficiently? Ooh, now we're talking.
Short version of the person we're looking for:
• Loves coaching and leading change
• Growth- and team oriented
• Speak Swedish - Ja? English - Yes, please.
