We are looking for an experienced CAD Engineer with extensive knowledge in Catia V5. Adding knowledge and experience to the existing team's performance by being self-motivated and self-driven with a passion for getting results and takes pride in the delivery.
Description:
The Exterior Trim department within Vehicle Hardware develops Exterior Body Covers & Spoiler, Glass systems, Functional Black trim and Exterior Ornamentation.
You will work in a creative environment where tomorrow's cars are shaped. They work in flexible cross-functional teams tailored to development tasks.
In the team, they are working together, caring and helping each other. They have a wide interface that provides both an extensive contact network as well as knowledge in many of the attribute areas.

Scope: 2 year full time, starting from january 2018. For the right candidate a permanent position can be offered at the end of the assignment.

• CAD Design, both concept phase and during industrialization
• Responsible for development of parts within Exterior Trim responsibilities,
mainly Body covers & Spoiler and Exterior Ornamentation
• Secure project deliverables according to Volvo Product Development System
Required qualifications:
• Minimum B.Sc. grade within mechanics or similar education
• Good knowledge in TCe & Catia V5 incl 3DPMI
• Good knowledge in complete vehicle integration
• Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
• Driver license level B
Preferred knowledge in
• Injection moulding process
• Injection moulding tool design
