We currently have the following job opening;
Design Engineer - Powertrain mounts
We are looking for a dedicated Design Engineer to strengthen our module team; Engine and Transmission Integration. We have four System areas within the team; Engine Integration, Transmission Integration, Powertrain Mounts and AWD/driveline. This role is within the team Powertrain mounts.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Responsible for package investigations within your area
• Responsible for that the 2D and 3D data is correctly released in Teamcenter at the right time, including change management of the parts
• Handling BOM (Bill of Material), configuration and revision rules in Teamcenter
• Contact with the suppliers regarding the data exchange
• Responsible for that all information is correct in Teamcenter within your area
• Performing design tasks in Catia V5, 2D/3D
Profile and Background
• Engineering Education; B.Sc. / KY or similar
• You are a skilled user and have documented experience of working in Catia V5 and Teamcenter Engineering
• Experience of automotive development, Powertrain is meritorious
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Ability and openness to share your knowledge
• You are flexible and structured, can work independently as well as in teams
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
