Responsibilities/tasks:
• Transitioning of Customer systems and integrating with HCL systems with the help of IT team.
• Conducting training of Finance/inter dependant organisation to bring all on same page.
• Setting up of the Customers (Internal/external) in HCL systems which includes master creation.
• Setting up of the third party Vendors (Internal/external) in HCL systems which includes master creation.
• Understanding Tax impact both from Customer / Vendor perspective to see no Tax loss
• Owning the invoicing process to Internal & External Customers and solving queries, if any.
• Driving the HW business end to end with procurement team.
• Closing on going forward HCL entity structure for take over business.
• Creation of Cost centres and transitioning Cost/balance sheet with HCL along with Controllers team.
• Working with delivery on RU count validation vis a vis tools.
• Tools/license/BW/Assets take over on cut-over date with its financial implication.
• Driving the timely collection.
• Providing Budget and forecast of the customer.
• Controlling the cost and suggesting the margin improvement plan.
Experience and skills:
• Experience 12- 15 years
• Understanding of SAP
• Have a prior experience of automated billing system
• Basic accounting knowledge to integrate a business buy-out
• Basic knowledge of Europe taxation
• Basic understanding of IT contracts
• A go-getter, having the drive to connect with various functions of organisation and resolving the inter-dependencies
• Good Communication skill to front end with customer/vendor in resolving the conflicting issues
• 2-3 direct reportees / needs to drive the accounts thru shared service organisation
