Deputy CFO

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- The DCFO main responsibility is to build bridges of communication and understanding between CEVT Finance Sweden and Geely Finance in China
- Head of CEVT Finance Liaison. - Responsible for planning, prepare and lead the finance meetings between Sweden and China.
- Responsible for funding of CEVT AB - making sure payments are made from China in time, cash flow reporting and forecast
- Align and find the best finance processes between the countries and be compliant with Sweden regulations and practices

- This role functions as the "right hand" of the CFO and is heavily involved in strategic, program/project finance, budgeting and planning activities as well as accounting, reporting and intern control and cost estimate
- Responsible for the Treasury function such as cash management, bank relations, fx strategies and optimization
- The Deputy CFO will also undertake special projects at the direction of the CFO in areas of financial systems development,
- To be responsible to develop the finance part in the companies polices, the finance manual, Business Service Request, Business Service Support etc.
- To interact with and enhance the finance team skills to become One Finance Team

Requirements

- Master of Science in Financial Engineering or similar
- Documented education in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce and/or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant is a preference
- 10+ year work experience from Multi National Enterprises (MNE) within the automotive industry, China experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of Direct & Indirect Financing, Hedging and Insurance management, familiar with accounting laws, tax rules, audit regulations and other relevant regulations, program finance
- Good Microsoft Office skills word and power point, solid experience with Excel
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Pro-active approach to working
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, verbally and written
- Team player with great communication skills
- Multi culture experiences
- Ability to travel
