• To make sure production follows the production planning for your department.
• To develop your team leaders, to become more self-running, by follow ups and educations
• To make sure we are working according to our routines and processes in the production
• To make sure the quality of our products is up to the demanded standards from Quality department
• To do and develop routines for functions and processes to make sure your department is following the set KPI:s
• To create and develop projects together with other departments to improve your department
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in such position.
• Knowledge in MS Office.
• You should be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently.
HKM performs consulting in finance, management and quality agricultural and food industry. HKM rent out staff for senior positions in the above mentioned industries.
