We are looking for a Demand Planner and Sales Analyst to support our OES business at our site in Hillerstorp.

As Demand Planner and Sales Analyst your main focus will be to create statistical forecasts and set safety stocks, review sales plans and support BU OES Sales with sales and margin analysis, as well as reaching consensus between Demand - input from Sales - and Supply - input from Operations and from our Suppliers. All in order to reach agreed delivery performance to our customers with lowest possible inventories. You are also responsible for maintaining accurate data in our ERP-system and Inventory optimization software (SO99+). In this position you will work closely with a variety of functions both internally and externally.

As a Demand Planner and Sales Analyst we value your strong analytical skills and structured approach. A strong self-drive in combination with excellent communicational skills is essential to be successful in this position. You have an academic degree, preferably from logistics, as well as experience and proven success from a similar role. You have good knowledge from demand planning in a non-excel based program as well as experience from working operationally in an ERP-system, preferable Infor/M3. Naturally you are fluent in English as well as Swedish. Other languages are considered an advantage.
