hela Sverige Are you a leader who enjoys representing an advanced delivery towards a broad and fast-paced IT organization? We are now looking for a Delivery Manager to Configuration & Discovery.
The Configuration & Discovery Management group consists of six persons organized in two teams within our IT Service Management organization. We ensure the quality of H&M's configuration management database (CMDB) and automate the discovery and inventory of H&M's infrastructure components.
We are looking for a manager who can take the area to the next level. Continue to develop the services that the area offers to the global H&M IT business, continuously improve the way we execute on our mission and how we interact with the rest of H&M IT. As a manager you will lead, coach and drive the area, with a "one team" approach.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a strong communicator. You enjoy discussing complicated data relations and enjoy coaching people that have a focus on technology/solutions. You also have a business minded approach and an ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way to other stakeholders. You are a committed and confident leader, with high social skills. Have a structured and process oriented mindset and a drive to achieve continuous improvements.
As Delivery Manager, you will have full and global delivery responsibility for the area. You will work closely with the process architect for the global configuration management process, as well as the staff manager for your team members. Part of your time will be spent to also contribute in the delivery. This could involve participating in service modelling activities or driving initiatives that improves routines and way-of-working related to the area.

Your responsibilities
The job as a Delivery Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Drive improvements in routines and way-of-working, to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Be active and participating in defining goals and road map for the delivery area, and actively work with the group to meet the agreed goals
• Follow up on budget, delivery, resource plans and competence needs within the area
• Be an active part of the management team of the Service Transition and Control section
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• Experience in leading a group of people towards defined goals
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge and experience with ITSM systems. ServiceNow experience is a plus
• Good knowledge in the ITIL process framework
• Previous experience from ITIL Configuration Management is a plus
