We are now looking to find a great Delivery Lead to help our team to deliver a high quality user experience at any time.

As a Delivery Lead, you will be the at the heart of things, being responsible for:

Delivering high quality products
• Manage and continuously improve our release process
• Make sure releases are synchronised between teams and platforms
• Responsible for only releasing well tested software
• Monitor releases and escalate potential issues

QA performance
• Manage and be responsible for QA personal
• Coach and mentor QA team and it's individuals
• Not afraid of getting hands dirty and help QA's when needed

Process performance
• Work together with Team/Tech -leads and Management to identify and remove impediments and bottlenecks
• Make sure we have the necessary tools and hardware to maximise throughput

This role is located in Stockholm and you will be reporting to our Chief Product Officer.
