hela Sverige Deliverability Specialist - Malmö
We are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Deliverability Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for surveillance and maintaining of servers and your primary tasks is to ensure that our customers' emails gets delivered.
Your role:
As a Deliverability Specialist at Apsis you will monitor and provide support on email list management and hygiene.
You will advise our customers on how to implement email deliverability best practices in their email campaigns. You will also handle IP reputation, white- and blacklisting and warm-up of new ranges to ensure the best deliverability for our customers.
The role also involves handling ESP (Email Service Provider) relations and process feedback loops and end user complaints.
Your daily tasks will among others include:
Third Line Customer Service
PreSales
Deliverability consultation
ISP relations
Manager Spam Complaints
Send Queue and activity monitoring
Blacklist prevention
Internal and external training
Skills and passion:
We will give you an extensive training within this area and it is therefore important that you as a person is curious and willing to learn new things fast. We also want you to love troubleshooting, dig deep and solving complex problems.
You are also a strong team player who like to work in a fast paced international environment.
Your other skills include:
Knowledge of a Database - we work in MS SQL
Basic knowledge of Networking
Experience with Log analysis
Previous experience from a Technical Helpdesk role
