We continuously develop new features in parallel with uplifting the existing product to the latest technology. Currently, we are looking to hire a talented DBA / Full Stack Developer who enjoys taking full responsibility from requirements specification to delivery.
As a DBA / Full Stack Developer you will work about 50% of time with database optimization, SSRS/reporting and supporting other teams where more depth is required on the database side, and about 50% of time full stack development where you will work with designing, implementing and delivering features throughout the vertical of the product (from Front-End to Back-End). You will also be in a role to lead, mentor and coach the team of developers. Interest in understanding the business we are in and a wish to deliver high quality functionality to end users is important. We are searching for a senior developer who is passionate about delivering high quality functionality and who is eager to learn new technologies. We believe you to have 5+ years of experience of development of Web-based and relational database based systems. You should be collaborative, a team player and we offer many opportunities to share knowledge.
The company is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and most of the development is in the Microsoft environment. We would like you to be certified or have an interest in certification. Experienced developers and our architect (himself an MVP) will help you to develop in this role and also achieve certifications.
You must meet the following mandatory requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Understanding and experience of the whole software development lifecycle (incl Scrum or other agile methods)
• Good understanding of object oriented design, data structures and relational database design
• Experience with designing and building scalable and performing web applications and services
• Experience with design patterns and principles
• Experience with .NET, C# and ASP.NET MVC
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (jQuery or similar framework, bootstrap or similar)
• Experience with T-SQL and SQL Server database development
• Experience with Database Administration for MSSQL Server.
• Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, troubleshooting and resolving database problems using monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience in creating reports using SSRS.
• Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
It's a plus if you have at least 2 of these:
• Experienced in leading or mentoring small development teams in an agile environment Understanding of usability and user experience design
• Experience with Entity Framework or (N)Hibernate
• Experience with XSL and XSLT
• Experience with reporting and SQL Reporting services
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Advanced experience with OO JavaScript, prototypes, requirements
• Experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework, NHibernate.
• Experience with backups, restores and recovery models for databases.
• Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery options for MSSQL

The office is located in central Stockholm with 40 employees, mainly developers and support for the CTM platform.
