Support the Due Diligence process on prospective and current third parties
Day-to-day responsibilities (database specialist)
Update case-list with incoming requests Review the relevant part of the self-disclosure questionnaire submitted by the vendor Promptly communicate if information is missing Verify the information through publicly available databases for information on the vendor and its principals Supplement with additional public information such as media reports and global databases of sanction lists and PEP links Verify significant findings, as far as is possible Prepare brief report flagging the risks of engaging with the vendor, including summary of findings Ensure back-up information of findings is documented
Additional responsibilities (subject to SCE team roles and responsibilities)
Continuously search for new sources of public information in pertinent countries Regularly evaluate the global databases Seek efficiency gains and improvements of the process as the regulatory environment develops and availability of information changes Build a risk profile of the vendor according to TeliaSonera Ethical Compass Escalate promptly when agreed SLA is in danger of not being met
Potential additional responsibilities (subject to SCE team roles and responsibilities)
Recommend mitigation actions Take a greater role in the wider due diligence of vendors Develop best practice with regards to third party due diligence Reporting of analytics, statistics, clustered findings and patterns

Be able to structure and analyze large amount of information Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Knowledge in other language preferable IT literate Basic understanding of corporate structures and business administration Able to work efficiently under time pressure Team-player
Experience
Experience from searching information from different sources Minimum five years of work experience in private corporate environment
