Influit is recruiting Database Developer and Adminsitrator to contribute to the team managing and developing our MS SQL Server infrastructure. Our database infrastructure is a core and central piece in our products with many interesting challenges and problems to solve. You will work within R & D with tight collaboration with DevOps and Operations. The focus will be on product development with performance and scalability being of outmost importance. The position
The position as Database developer and administrator means working actively within R & D, operations and DevOps where you will support product development, maintenance and operation. Your team has the full responsibility of the databases and the direction of develop therein. The database used is mainly Microsoft SQL Server with the addition of MongoDB in minor special cases. MS SQL Server also hosts many jobs and a layer of business logic heavily dependent upon by higher application layers that you will be evolving along our product roadmap where scale and performance is crucial. The technical environment is transaction-intensive and the products are state-of-art. The position involves a lot of freedom and the possibility of taking an expert role within the company.

They are in an expansion phase and their clients include Activision, NFL, Salesforce, SF and Teracom. The company has offices in Los Angeles, New York, London and Stockholm, more exactly Kungsholmen with a total of 60 employees were 30 work in Stockholm. They are divided into Professional Services, Operations, Support and R & D in a flat organization. The work climate is characterized by an entrepreneurial, young, fun and agile team with high technical expertise.

Profile
You have high school education or higher and at least three years experience in Microsoft SQL. Furthermore, you have good experience of DB and knowledge in designing, scaling and performance optimizing large systems. As a person you are open and cooperative, a problem solver, a fast learner and pragmatic. Experience with MongoDB is a plus. You are fluent in English both verbal and written.
