IMS Medical Radar was founded 1971 in Gothenburg and is today a part of IMS Health. IMS Medical Radar main business is to create insight and guide the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry to the right decisions via strategic evidence-based consulting. We collect our data through doctors via telephone, face-to-face or WEB based interviews.
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
• Perform quality assurance on all collected data from CAWI and CATI studies
• Interpret written responses and enter into Merphin system
• Work with key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive both internal and external client satisfaction
• Work proactively and in close collaboration with Data Collection Manager in foreseeing changes in way of working, short and long term.
• Participate in meetings and cooperate and participate in development
• Act as "ambassador" for the company to the various links between the contact with doctors, as well as internally at IMS
• Prepare statistical reports and overviews necessary to make correct decisions within Data Collection
• Planning and accomplishing your own work within given frames and conditions
• Recruit and interview on CATI/CAWI studies when needed
• Developing knowledge of the company's products, pharmaceutical industry or field specific to a major function
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• Native in Finnish or Norwegian
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English
• Translation of questionnaires from English to Finnish or Norwegian and vice versa
• Experience from handling a complex working environment and project coordination
• 3-5 years work experience in Primary Research or equal environment, experience from working with databases, quality control systems and/or a medical background will be an additional qualification of great value.
• Bachelor's degree education or equivalent.
• Administrative skills and ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines is vital.
