Must have 10+ Years of experience in DATA project delivery.
Experience in Agile projects implementation
Understands end to end software delivery process.
Must have very good understanding of multiple SDLC tools and Reporting tools
Good Technical understanding with an ability to influence & coordinate with multiple sets of stakeholders
Experienced in implementing Scrum in distributed development environment..
Experienced in process definition, management and improvement
Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, managing, and monitoring the project execution
Must have solid understanding of the limitations of Agile/Scrum, and how to mitigate them with Servant Leadership skills
Experience in guiding diverse cross-functional teams to high performance
Highly motivated, Self driven, energetic, flexible and resourceful individual.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
