The role and job description
You will be part of the CRM & Club team at H&M's Global Marketing Department. The group is working with quantitative analysis aimed at optimizing H&M's customer offering and communication in order to increase loyalty. The group also has global responsibility for H&M Club. The team currently consists of 12 people, 7 of which work as analysts.
As a Data Scientist, you are involved in developing long-term CRM strategies and tactical customer activation. Your analyzes and recommendations serve as a basis for decision making for H&M's management in the Marketing and Sales departments. In your role you will:

• Contribute with statistical analysis and predictive modeling to develop H&M's customer communication in order to increase personalization and customer loyalty.
• Build and develop new analysis models to better predict everything from customer life time value to impact measurements of campaigns.
• Develop processes, analytical methods and analysis tools within the CRM department.
• Present and share knowledge about customer behavior, needs and target groups for various functions within H&M.

Your background
We believe you have experience in applying quantitative statistical analysis methods and working in SAS or similar programs/languages such as R. You have in depth knowledge of data analysis and probably experience from CRM analysis. You want to develop within CRM analysis and data science.
You have a relevant academic education, for example within statistics, econometrics or equivalent.

The position is full time and based at the H&M head office in Stockholm City
You will report to the group manager of the CRM team.
