The Quality & Warranty Analytics Center of Expertise team is responsible setting the strategic roadmap for both analytics methods as well as providing expert data analytics and support to the business.
We can offer you to play a key role in supporting business and leading the development of advanced analytics to ensure world class customer and quality performance. In this position you will belong to a global GTT team, joining colleagues who share your passion for analytics.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
As a Lead Data Analyst you will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing quality and warranty analytics strategies and associated roadmaps. In this position you will also be responsible for driving strategic projects, providing business support and to initiate activities required to achieve defined objectives.
• Develop, drive, and implement quality and warranty analytics strategies and roadmaps
• Drive strategic projects and coordinate actions to support the achievement of defined objectives
• Improve operational excellence
• Manage complex challenges in areas of data mining and optimization
• Support the solving of urgent quality issues with advanced analytics
• Contribute to overall AB Volvo strategy in the analytics area by interacting extensively with data analysts and IT professionals on an AB Volvo level.

Qualifications

As Lead Data Analyst you have an open mindset seeing opportunities in new ways of analyzing and visualizing data, and you have the ability to adapt your communication to stakeholder needs.
Requirements
• Master of Science or equivalent. A Ph.D. degree is a merit
• 5 years' experience in SAS data analytics tools. Tools from other vendors are considered a merit.
• Experience from driving global projects
• Experience from engineering, aftermarket and/or quality and warranty area is a merit
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
