You will be part of the team Analytics Products, we are in turn a team within innovation and Data Analytics(IDA) within Q&CS
Our main assignment is to drive Analytics opportunities all the way through to adopted solutions. We are also working with supporting the Q&CS organization to mature and evolve in their transformation to become more Analytics Driven. In IDA we work in an Agile set up for our deliveries with continuous upskilling of our team as a focal point to stay relevant, this is also achieved by a high variety of work activities.
The Assignment
You will work as a Product Owner within the area of Advanced Analytics, You will be identifying what is available on the external market as well as the internal Volvo Group organizations and how we can benefit within Q&CS to utilize cutting edge Analytics within our Identified opportunities to evolve through Analytics/Advanced Analytics/AI. You will through our team and collaborating partners drive how to reach from opportunities to implemented solutions. You will break down a backlog with your experiences of knowledge in the area of Advanced Analytics to be able to go from theory to implementations. You assure a close relationship is held towards our user groups and stakeholders to assure we are on top of their challenges and are solving the most needed requirements first as well as holding the longtime planning to assure a stable evolution of the Analytics area over time. You are keen on participating and creating smaller MvPs and PoC yourself to gain and hold your own competence as a Data Scientist at a high level.

We are searching for a person with a passion for Analytics and Data Science. Who have a strong engagement to identify opportunities all the way towards transforming them into attractive Analytics/Advanced Analytics or AI solutions. You should be curious to transform through Analytics within Q&Cs as well to transform what we are able to deliver as Business value. You are a teamplayer with strong drive to change through collaboration, co-operation, sharing insights, solutions and ideas.
We believe your background holds several of below experiences:
MSc in Data Science, Statistics or Computer Science or close to these areas
7 + years experiences in Analytics with the majority of time spent on Advanced Analytics/ Data Science
3 + years of practice as a Data Scientist
You have proven skills of creating PoCs and Industrialization of Advanced Analytics solutions
You hold a constant updated insights on what is cutting edge in the area of Advanced Analytics and Data Science
You hold the ability to turn theory into practice
You have proven experience of working in Agile set ups
You have proven experiences in priorization and stakeholder management
You might be experienced in the area of Product Development within GTT
You might have experiences of the area of Product Quality
You might have experience of any innovation methodology
You might have previous experiences of working in Global teams
You are fully fluent in English
