hela Sverige Is security and data protection your thing? Would you like to work globally with data protection and information security? Great! We are looking for a Data Protection and Group Security Manager to our head office located in central Gothenburg.
Your role in our team As Data Protection & Group Security Manager you work globally with protecting the confidentially, integrity and availability of information and information systems. You also make sure to coordinate Lindex overall security.
You manage and lead Lindex overall approach when it comes to data protection and information security. When it comes to identifying and reduce potential security weaknesses and compliance risks you are the go-to person in the organisation. You align Lindex information security with business requirements and regulations, ensure that our security meet compliance needs and continuously monitoring this. With your holistic view of security, you coordinate and work together with all security functions, such as for example IT- and operational security, to make sure to minimise the impact of security- and personal data incidents. In your role you also manage the process of whistleblowing, as well as coaching, supporting, and challenging our leaders and employees in security.

Degree in security management studies or equivalent.
Certification in security management such as CISM or equivalent and CSMP or CPP.
At least 5 years of work experience within Information and Cyber Security in global context as well as corporate security.
At least 5 years of experience from ensuring GDPR compliance and data protection.
Knowledge of Security standards, GDRP and national/local legal demands
Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience or training in leadership is qualifying.
