We are looking for a Data Protection Coordinator who will be the main point of contact regarding the implementation of our privacy strategy. Don't hesitate to apply today!
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Central contact person for data protection issues and questions in four countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark
Supporting DeliveryHero Central in a wide variety of privacy-related projects, including regular attending meetings with the Central DPO Team, and updating the data protection management system (DPMS) designed by the Central DPO team.
Collecting information to identify processing activities and analyse the compliance of such processing activities
Raising awareness and conducting live trainings for employees regarding data protection including cultivating a privacy-driven culture in the organisation
Replying to data subjects' requests, tracking the volume of requests, and ensuring response is sent in a timely manner
Performing due diligence assessments of data processors and third-party relations and coordination.
Being the principal contact for communication with supervisory authority
WHO YOU ARE
Analytical- You base your decisions on data and is used to back your arguments with strong analyses

Solution-oriented- You can find a solution to the most challenging task.
Responsible- Last but not least, you take a huge ownership and responsibility for your work
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree preferably in Law or a related field
Privacy certification such as CIPP/E, CIPP/M (can be obtained after hiring)
Approx 2-4 years of working experience with questions relating to GDPR
Experience from an international company is considered a plus
Experience with coordinating projects and expertise in cross-functional/cross-jurisdictional project coordination
Good knowledge in explaining complex legal issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner
Start date: As soon as possible
