As a Data Engineer you would be a part of data-centric activities at enterprise level in the company. You will be providing support to various members of the Data team with database design, data flow and analysis activities. You will play a key role in the development and deployment of innovative big data platforms for advanced analytics and data processing. You will be taking part in data management activities such as analyzing complex data elements and systems, data flow, dependencies, and relationships to ensure that they comply with data governance program. You will report directly to the Chief Data Officer.
Required skills and experiences:
• Higher education in such areas as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or any other technology related field.
• Strong understanding of databases and data structures.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain the business's ETL pipeline and data warehouse. Experience with Microsoft technology stack is an advantage.
• Expertise in data modeling and query performance tuning. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is an advantage.
• Ability to handle-multiple and simultaneous tasks meeting aggressive deadlines.
