The Demand and Delivery Manager's main responsibility is to capture the demand and secure the service delivery of the Data Center Operations service portfolio with a holistic focus on ensuring a high-quality level of service transition, financial management and continual service improvement for Atlas Copco's application & service owners in a qualitative and cost effective manner.

The Data Center Operations mainly serve application owners in the MR (Mining Technique) and IT business areas in the Nordic region. The position is located in Örebro and reports to Datacenter Manager Europe. The Demand and Delivery Manager is expected to travel approximately 10% of his/her working hours.

This position is part of the Data Center Operations Management Team and therefore responsible for long term planning and setting of directions for the Data Center Operations. The Demand and Delivery Manager assists in developing overall capabilities of the service team including structure, skill sets, roles, people development, prioritization, one person dependencies etc.

There is a close cooperation with other service teams/business locations to consider application owner needs and how ACBS can best meet these.
Job Description

• Management of the local team
• Serve as single point of contact for all application owners' demands of the Data Center Operations service portfolio for the MR & IT business area and the Nordic location
• Continuous analysis and adoption of the service offering of the Data Center Operations service portfolio
• Responsible for providing input to solution and service design.
• Continuous development and improvement of Data Center Operations service operation with focus on continuous service lifecycle improvement, efficiency and cost.
• Continuous focus on customer satisfaction, compliance and standards.
• Responsible for ensuring reference architecture and security is adhered to across service lifecycle and IT infrastructure components.
• Secure a Disaster Recovery strategy and plans to reduce operational risk while meeting the required availabilities needed for our customer's Business
• Continuity Planning and the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Secure the capturing of demand for new services locally, regionally and worldwide through structured customer interaction, development and change management processes in alignment with industry best practices such as PMI.
• Manage relationship with all application owners to capture their requirements, provide support and execution.
• Accountability for the financial result of application owner's service solution.

Experience Requirements
You have a university degree in Information Technology or similar through experience together with broad knowledge of accounting and financial control/planning. Furthermore, you have more than four years' experience of an operations role together with management experience with a proven track record of leading a team. Experience of IT infrastructure planning and development as well as project management is also required. Familiarity with ITIL is a must as well as fluency in Swedish and English (written and oral).
