The Western Europe DMO organisation is responsible for maintenance of Customer and Partner data account segmentation and hierarchy management. The scope of work also includes providing key services for the Sales and Marketing organisations including reporting, bulk uploads and guidance on implementation of data quality initiatives and standards across the organisation. The organisation consists of a central team and dedicated resources in each country across the region.
This position is for a Data Analyst. Working closely with the regional team and the local Sales, Marketing and Finance stakeholders, the analyst will be responsible for management and execution of key data quality & reporting initiatives. Primary activities include data management, revenue resegmentation, reporting, data uploads and extracts. The candidate's work will be directed by a local senior data analyst.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Cleansing & Maintenance: Customer & Partner Data Cleansing
• Revenue Resegmentation : Ongoing execution of critical Data Update Request Processing/segmentation and parenting updates for subsidiary stakeholders
• Customer and Partner Profiles: Uploads, Data Manipulation
• Reporting Services, Data Uploads & Data extracts for business stakeholders
• Load and manipulation of external data
• Campaign list /data preparation or uploads
Experience/Skills Required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Minimum of 2 years working in customer or marketing data analysis
• Minimum of 2 years working with CRM databases
• Sales/finance reporting related experience
• Advanced PC literacy (MS Excel to include V Look up; Pivot Tables and designing Macros)
• Excellent process documentation and communications skills
• Business Process Outsourcing experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Oral and Written English Skills
• Demonstrate Experience of working independently
