About the Data and Analytics Team in Parts & Services:

As Scania Parts & Services accelerates its digital journey, the Data and Analytics team plays a crucial role in enabling the organization to become data-driven. We are committed to working in a modern and efficient manner, utilizing relevant tools to enhance quality and efficiency. As a Data Analyst within our team, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
• Utilize statistical techniques to derive actionable insights.
• Apply your modelling expertise to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, cost optimization, and other business outcomes.
• Participate in exciting projects spanning the entire analytics lifecycle.

Your Profile:

As an ideal candidate, you are deeply engaged in all stages of solving complex problems through advanced analytics. We expect you to have the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role (with proven records)
• Strong skills in Advanced PowerBI for other BI and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Good knowledge of Python/R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience in applying advanced analytics techniques.
• Previous experience from Sales & Marketing or Commercial Operations is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
