In this role, you will report to the Manager, Global Supply Chain Analysis. You will be based in Lund, Sweden, and spend a relevant part of your time traveling to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
What you will do
Gather data, maintain masterdata, analyse, develop analytical process automation, visualize statistics, dashboards and provide business intelligence reports focused on procurement and supply chain areas;
Provide competitiveness analysis, simulations and other factual elements for decision making in suppliers negotiations;
Optimize supply chain in terms of total cost of ownership;
Coordinate & implement the global supply of materials with suppliers and converting Factories including managing business continuity plans;
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with a good business understanding and an ability to communicate and present data in an understandable way with knowledge in procurement, supply chain and replenishment process. You have an ability to present the sense and logic of the data and convey the message to different stakeholders, requiring different ways of communicating. Also, you have a strong drive for results, and you are capable to have an overview of the data, at the same time an eye for details and an improvement mindset. Furthermore, to build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you.
To be successful in this position you have a Bachelor within Engineering / Science / Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Logistics and Statistics or related fields. You have at least 3-5 years of experience Supply Chain areas and Data Management with knowledge in data visualization, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx. Of course, you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing. Swedish will be considered as a plus.
