This is your chance to be part of the success story: we are looking for a Data Analyst
Experience and Qualifications
The Ideal candidate should have 10+ years experience as Data Analyst in working in Data warehouses & ETL, Data Lakes and Big Data, Analytics & Cloud with experience in analyzing data and testing.
He or she should have excellent communication and co-ordination skills and should know how to engage and communicate with client leadership, business users, and architects. He or she should have Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodologies, SAFe and banking domain.
Must to have
Exposure to data analysis & reporting which provides insights into business performance and support data-driven decision making.
Ability to understand business requirements and perform data analysis
Should have exposure to testing solutions, Data integrations and assuring quality of the deliveries.
Be very structured and organized to properly manage different status follow-ups and stakeholder expectations.
Experience with Data warehouse based technologies like ETL tools, Relational databases & Reporting tools.
Familiarization with Data lakes, Big data concepts, Cloud platforms (Ex. Azure, Teradata Vantage)
Should have good knowledge of Scrum, SAFe & AGILE ways of working and banking domain.
Good communication skills and communicates clearly with different stakeholders such as Architects, business stakeholders and management (PO, Scrum Masters)
Nice to have
Experience working as Business Analyst will be an added plus
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements that drive profitability and customer satisfaction
Knowledge in areas like Data lineage, Data governance, access control
Experience on Data migration projects (on-prem to cloud), implementing quick POCs (Proof of Concepts)
