WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our R&D team is now looking for an experienced, analytical, and self-driven data analyst who enjoys a fast-paced environment. You will get the chance to make a real impact. To thrive in this role, we believe you have the experience and interest to collaborate with people from different parts of the organization. As a person you see possibilities instead of problems with a positive attitude. Given our fast-paced growth, global ambitions, and our disruptive technology, you are comfortable in environments that is in change. This role will require the ability to interpret complex data, strong analytical skills as well as determination and grit so to succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• BSc or MSc degree in relevant field or a few years' experience from data analysis or statistics.
• Knowledge of some statistics software such as JMP or similar
• Experience from similar industry is beneficial
• Basic understanding of SQL is beneficial
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Data analyst you will be a part of Exegers Data analytics team and responsible for the multifaceted work there within, incl actively promote a high level of trust for the leadership team throughout the organization. The team delivers on strategic product goals to meet customer expectations for product performance, quality and cost - maximizing efficiency and driving excellence. This means you will develop tools to monitor the day-to-day operations and root cause analysis in production.
Among many responsibilities, these are included:
• Plan and execute data analysis for cell manufacturing in Production.
• Deliver analytical results from cell manufacturing in Production to: Production, Quality, Research & Development, Product and other departments when required
• Work with peers across departments to develop and improve methods for logging data in current and newly developed processes in Production
• Develop analytical methods and tools to contribute to optimize cell performance and yield and meet customer expectations
• Ensuring that all data analysis projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
